PAYMENT

How do I pay for my order?

We accept major credit/debit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard (via Shopify Payments). Your card will be charged once we send out your order.

We also accept other payment methods such as FavePay, bank transfers (PayLah/Paynow), Grabpay.

What information do you require?

You will be asked for your credit or debit card number, the expiration date, and the CVV number when you place your order. (A CVV number ("Card Verification Value") is 3 digit number found on the signature strip on the back of Visa and MasterCard branded credit and debit cards.

What security checks are in place to make sure my purchase is valid?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to authorisation by the credit card company. If the company refuses to or does not authorise payment (for any reason) then we will not be able to accept your order.

ORDERING

When will I be charged?

Upon placing the order, we will obtain a Credit Card authorisation. Once the item ships from our warehouse, we will request payment from the Credit Card.

Can I make changes to my order?

We typically start to process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore we might not be able to cancel or change your order. However, you may drop us an email at admin@sidersonline.com if you wish to make any edits to your order and we'll do our best to accomodate accordingly.

What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have placed my order?

If you note that your personal details are incorrect once you have placed your order, please contact us at admin@sidersonline.com

How do I know if my order was received?

After you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and details. This is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and confirmed. When your goods are shipped to you, your card will be charged and we will send you a delivery confirmation email, including delivery details and tracking information.
You may also log into your account and check your Order History in the My Account section.

SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

For local (Singapore) orders, we have free shipping for orders once an order amount (>$35) is reached. For orders below the stated order amount, a delivery fee will be applicable. All orders are fulfilled via Qxpress. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping to over 200 countries! We typically use Qxpress or Singapore Post who are reputable freight companies in the region for ecommerce logistics.
