What is your Shipping policy?

We have FREE tracked shipping for local Singapore orders once an order reaches S$35 (after any discount codes). For orders below S$35, a delivery fee will be applicable. 

For US/UK orders, we offer FREE registered shipping for orders above US$75 (after any discount codes). Likewise, a delivery fee will be applicable for orders below US$75. Delivery time will depend largely on customs and local postal network processing time.

All orders are fulfilled via Singapore Post Registered Mail/Qxpress. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is mailed out.

How long does it take for me to receive my parcel after I place an order?

For tracked mail (Singapore), it will take between 1-4 working days for the parcel to reach you. Note that the length of time also depends on the products which are ordered, some of which might require a longer processing time due to customizations. Nevertheless, we strive to fulfil all orders as soon as we receive them. 

Note that the above are best estimates and may vary depending on festive periods.

Do you offer international shipping outside of Singapore, US and UK?

Yes! We offer shipping WORLDWIDE to over 200 countries!

Where do we ship from?

We are based in and ship out of Singapore. All orders are processed and shipped by Singapore Post/Qxpress. Please do kindly note that shipments may be delayed due to public holidays, local customs administration and other unforeseen circumstances. We will also not bear responsibility for any customs duties or import taxes where applicable in your country of receipt.

How can I track my order?

Go to https://www.singpost.com/track-items or https://www.qxpress.net and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow some time for the Singapore Post website to reflect the status of your order. This could take up to a couple of hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email from us.

I am an international customer and my order has not arrived, what should I do?

All orders are shipped out within 2 to 3 working days from the date of order. Do drop us an email at admin@sidersonline.com should you wish to enquire on the status of your order, or alternatively you may do so with your tracking number at the abovementioned sites. We would recommend you to reach out to us or check with your local postal service to see if they have more information. Typically, orders should reach you within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. We will not be held responsible for any tampered or lost packages.
