RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns and Exchanges

There is strictly no returns and exchanges for these products - i.e. Earrings, Socks, Bags, Necklaces unless they are found to be defective or damaged.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any exchange or return requested after the above time frame will not be accepted.
Kindly email to exchange@sidersonline.com and state your order number during the request.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted after we have attended to your email. The return address will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and reviews are usually determined by evidence of damage/defects of goods received. Refunds can be in the form of store credits or cash/transfer.
Please send us an email at exchange@sidersonline.com with your order number and evidence of damage/defects and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-7 days of processing time by the payment provider).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@sidersonline.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any goodwill waiver and refunds of the shipping costs for your returns are at our discretion.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Measurements

Product measurements are provided based on our best accuracy. Measurements stated on the website may vary 0.5’ to 0.75’ due to mass production.
