RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Returns and Exchanges
There is strictly no returns and exchanges for these products - i.e. Earrings, Socks, Bags, Necklaces unless they are found to be defective or damaged.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any exchange or return requested after the above time frame will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Kindly email to exchange@sidersonline.com and state your order number during the request.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted after we have attended to your email. The return address will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and reviews are usually determined by evidence of damage/defects of goods received. Refunds can be in the form of store credits or cash/transfer.
Please send us an email at exchange@sidersonline.com with your order number and evidence of damage/defects and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-7 days of processing time by the payment provider).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any goodwill waiver and refunds of the shipping costs for your returns are at our discretion.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product measurements are provided based on our best accuracy. Measurements stated on the website may vary 1cm to 3cm depending on production batches.

Shipping Policy
What is your Shipping policy?
We have FREE tracked shipping for local Singapore orders once an order reaches S$50 (after any discount codes). For orders below S$50, a delivery fee will be applicable.
For US/UK orders, we offer FREE registered shipping for orders above US$75 (after any discount codes). Likewise, a delivery fee will be applicable for orders below US$75. Delivery time will depend largely on customs and local postal network processing time.
All orders are fulfilled via Singapore Post Registered Mail/Qxpress. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is mailed out.
How long does it take for me to receive my parcel after I place an order?
For tracked mail (Singapore), it will typically take between 2-5 working days (from the date of the order) for the parcel to reach you. Note that the length of time also depends on the products which are ordered, some of which might require a longer processing time due to customizations. In the event of festive seasons, there might be an additional 2-3 working days for your orders. Nevertheless, we strive to fulfil all orders as soon as we receive them.

Where do we ship from?
We are based in and ship out of Singapore. All orders are processed and shipped by Singapore Post/Qxpress. Please do kindly note that shipments may be delayed due to public holidays, local customs administration and other unforeseen circumstances. How can I track my order?
Go to https://www.singpost.com/track-items or https://www.qxpress.net and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow some time for the Singapore Post website to reflect the status of your order. This could take up to a couple of hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email from us.
I am an international customer and my order has not arrived, what should I do?
All orders are typically shipped out within 2 to 4 working days from the date of order. Do drop us an email at admin@sidersonline.com should you wish to enquire on the status of your order, or alternatively you may do so with your tracking number at the abovementioned sites. We would recommend you to reach out to us or check with your local postal service to see if they have more information. Typically, orders should reach you within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. We will not be held responsible for any tampered or lost packages.
